Ultra Form UVFM is a high-quality UV-curable screen printing ink, specially designed for vacuum forming processes and printing on a variety of plastic and elastic materials.

Main features:

• Exceptional elasticity – a highly flexible ink layer, ideal for vacuum forming.

• Good resistance to UV rays - suitable for outdoor conditions, protective varnishing is recommended if necessary.

• Excellent adhesion to various plastic surfaces: PC, ABS, PETG , PP (after surface treatment).

• Specially adapted for vacuum forming processes.

• Widely used in the plastics industry and advertising production.

1. Preparation:

Mix the paint well before use.

During pressing, stir repeatedly if necessary.

Press-ready paint

2. Press:

For screen printing

Recommended mesh: 140-165 threads

Suitable for capillary films (15–20 µm) and solvent-resistant photoemulsions

3. Drying (hardening):

Cured with UV lamps (80–120 W/cm)

Recommended speed: 15–25 m/min

Final properties are achieved after 24 hours.

4. Further processing:

After proper curing, the impression:

- is elastic and flexible

- suitable for cutting, stamping, embossing and thermoforming

⚠️ When printing on acrylic and later thermoforming, it is not recommended to fully varnish with UV varnish.

Terms of use:

Suitable for indoor and outdoor use (outdoors up to ~3 years, vertical exposure)

Not intended for toys or products with potential contact with the mouth

Storage and safety:

Store at 15–25 °C, in a dark place.

Shelf life (unopened package): 2.5 years
